ARE YOU A PAYROLL SPECIALIST LOOKING TO TAKE YOUR CAREER TO THE NEXT LEVEL? Our client is looking for an experienced professional to join their team for a 6 month contract with the potential for permanent placement.

Payroll Specialist (Part Time, 16 Hours/Week) - 6 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Process payroll for 130 employees across 10 provinces, including Quebec on a bi-weekly basis on Monday and Friday of each week. This includes union and non-union, hourly and salaried
• Process all year-end transactions, summaries, remittance reconciliations, and government reporting
• T4 amendments and manual NR4 filings

About You

• Strong English communication skills
• Ontario and Quebec payroll subject matter expertise, including year-end closing procedures
• Relevant experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Comfortable with part-time nature of the role: 16 hours per week (8 hours per day) on Monday and Friday only

Pay Range
$30+/hour
