PHP Developer – 1 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Help with the upgrade to Laravel 5.5 and/or review update for issues
• Implement custom WordPress functionality for the blog in accordance with current content strategy, including custom taxonomy, URL rewriting and user credentials
• Taxonomy should be developer implemented without a means for content writers or WordPress’s automated engine to generate unexpected URL slugs or additional taxonomy
• Connect the site with relevant third-party services such as InfusionSoft, CallRail and the upcoming Chatbot, as well as connecting these services to each other
• Build controllers for dynamic content generation where required, such as a loop for the team, careers, success and question index pages and controllers for handling APIs such as form submissions
• Build tools for internal staff where required, and maintain the tools already built such as the intake queue and out track server
• Implement a new forum to replace the old one, or fix the old one to bring it up to scratch
• Round up large library of neglected web domains to connect them to a single host repository, ideally built in Laravel
• Implement all of the above in a manner that observes client’s digital security needs

About you

• Motivated and hardworking
• Experience with Laravel, WordPress and MySQL
• Ability to strive in a collaborative environment and be able to handle multiple projects at once
