Order Entry Clerk - 1 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Check inventory to make sure requested product is available
• Compute price and any appropriate discounts
• Handle customer complaints
• Prepare contracts and invoices
• Verify customer information is correct and up-to-date
• Inform customer of shipping date and any possible delays
• Notify appropriate department of order and shipping date
• Review orders for accuracy and completion

About You

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision software
• Previous experience working in distribution sector is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Pay Range
$16-$17/hour
