SEEKING APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST FOR A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY IN MISSISSAUGA. Our client in the west end is hiring a NetSuite Support Analyst for a full-time position.
NetSuite Support Analyst
The Analyst’s role is to deliver in-depth support to end-users in how to most effectively and efficiently use NetSuite ERP/CRM software in fulfilling business objectives. This includes troubleshooting applications and software for all internal customers and business units.
About the Opportunity
- Learn (in-depth) the complete custom functionality, database structure and vendor support protocols of the NetSuite product
- Fully understand the business processes in end-user departments and how NetSuite modules support those processes
- Provide support for the testing of new functionality of corporate software applications, including NetSuite
- Field incoming problem tickets from end-users to resolve application issues
- Prioritize, schedule and administer all instances where enhancements and defect resolution are required
- Record, track and document the problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution
- Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent repeated future problems
- Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved
- Communicate application issues to key stakeholders, including management and end-users
- Coordinate with department heads to assess departmental application training needs and objectives
About You
- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems or equivalent and 3 years’ work experience in an application support position(s)
- Understanding of, and experience with, the full list of modules for the NetSuite product, including finance/accounting, CRM, sales, HR, etc.
- Experience administering, supporting and configuring NetSuite applications; development experience a plus
- Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies and issue resolution techniques
- Able to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end-user procedures
- Highly self-motivated and self-directed
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to present ideas in business friendly and user-friendly language
- Very strong customer service orientation
Pay Range
$65,000-$75,000/year
