About the Opportunity  

• Manage the international tax compliance for a number of entities, including
  T2s, T1134s, NR4s and T106s
• Prepare and maintain surplus and adjusted cost base computations
• Prepare the international tax component of the quarterly and annual tax provision
• Communicate with government and financial statement auditors and provide assistance with audit requests
• Review foreign affiliate implications of ongoing operations and transactions
• Ensure sufficient transfer pricing documentation is maintained 
• Research tax implications of foreign investment in existing and contemplated foreign jurisdictions
• Assist in analyzing the international tax implications of mergers and acquisitions, financing and other transactions
• Act as relief for the Director, Taxation when necessary
• Other duties as assigned

About You

• Designated professional (CPA, CA)
• Manager from a large public accounting firm
• 2+ years of international tax experience

Salary Range
$100,000-$110,000/year
