Manager of Financial Reporting & General Accounting

About the Opportunity  

• Responsible for the reporting, analysis and planning of financial information relating to a specific division of the company
• Identify opportunities/risks and develop recommendations to assist with the implementation of solutions to protect and grow the business
• Responsible to publish the following monthly reports utilized by division management to understand the ongoing business, and track and monitor the impact of recommended corrective actions:
• Corporate account P&L
• Price plan budget vs. actual
• Volume rebates
• Cost guarantees
• Complete analysis of the reports to identify trends and deviation from plan
• Initiate, plan and implement continuous improvement of processes, procedures and reports
• Monitor and analyze flat fees and cost guarantee programs, including the identification and communication of excessive product consumption and the recommendation and monitoring of corrective action
• Work closely with sales and marketing management to provide financial support for the SKU rationalization of the institutional product line through pricing and margin analysis

About You

• CPA, CA
• Newer Manager at the firm or 1-2 years of progressive industry experience
• Ideally has some manufacturing experience (firm or industry)

Salary Range
$85,000-$100,000/year
