About the Opportunity  

• Lead the preparation of the financial reporting package and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP and liaise with reporting team for external financial reporting purposes
• Liaise with other functional departments (Legal, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations) to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting and financial reporting disclosures
• Liaise with External Auditors and manage the overall audit relationship
• Liaise with financial reporting systems team to ensure optimization of financial reporting systems
• Lead the preparation of statutory/legal entity financial statements as necessary
• Work with financial planning and analysis teams to prepare analysis as necessary
• Support in strategic decision making with financial reporting analysis and technical accounting standard interpretation
• Liaise with Internal Auditors and lead overall SOX compliance project
• Ensures that all activities are compliant with internal controls documentation

About You

• Bachelor's degree in commerce/finance
• CPA, CA designation
• Currently a First year Manager or a Senior on the cusp of becoming Manager
• U.S. GAAP is an asset

Salary Range
$80,000-$90,000/year
