About the Opportunity  

  • Provide financial planning and analysis data to Management that is timely, accurate and insightful,
  • Establish work methods and processes that strengthen the financial planning and analysis function 
  • Partner with Operations to identify risks and opportunities 
  • Provide strong team mentorship and development to a team of financial analysts
  • Support key business initiatives and promote a competitive cost structure (including NPV, payback, IRR, risk management, lease vs buy, etc.)
  • Drive and lead all planning and forecasting activities and initiatives for F&A and the company while ensuring alignment with other departments
  • Lead team in working actively with business areas to understand actual and budget margin, operating variances, and to initiate actions to mitigate where necessary
  • Present consolidated business results to finance management highlighting key areas of risk
  • Identify and implement improvements to internal reporting, budget and planning cycle to support better information with minimal interruptions to business areas for ongoing data collection

About You

  • University degree in business administration
  • Completed CPA designation (CPA, CA, CMA or CGA)
  • 5 to 10 years of related work experience, including experience in leading and developing people, new processes and forward-looking forecasts
  • 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong budgeting and forecasting experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Salary Range
$100,000-$120,000/year
