About the Opportunity  

• Prepare analyses and develop processes for the team to record and monitor complex accounting transactions (e.g. deferred revenue on franchisee incentive programs)
• Work on several key projects that provide exposure to the VP of SEC Reporting & Global Accounting and the Chief Accounting Officer with the goal of streamlining and improving accounting, tax, and SOX processes within each brand and across brands under the corporate umbrella
• Be a key point of contact for external and internal auditors, including coordinating work to be carried out by the auditors (e.g. SOX, tax, and accounting)
• Review key monthly deliverables to be provided to the Global Accounting and SEC Reporting teams (e.g. CAPEX reporting, cash flow variance analysis)
• Provide training and coaching to direct reports

About You

• Bachelor's degree in commerce/finance
• CPA, CA designation
• Currently a First year Manager or a Senior on the cusp of becoming Manager
• U.S. GAAP is an asset

Salary Range
$80,000-$90,000/year
