Manager of Data Analytics

About the Opportunity  

• Use data and data insights to drive marketing and business decisions, bridging between business needs and technical implementation
• Provide business with a solid technical understanding of how to acquire and retain multimedia campaigns (direct mail, email, online, telemarketing)
• Provide in-depth understanding of data analytics, data management and its interactions with business, marketing and customer relationship management
• Introduce segmentation and modelling to support and enhance marketing and sales activities
• Facilitate change for business process assessments and analyzing business impact
• Implement customer analytics using an agile approach

About You

• Experience with customer analytics
• Experience with modelling and process improvement
• Experience with data management and helping to support and drive business decisions that lead to operational efficiencies
• Data-driven and analytical mindset
• Leadership experience

Salary Range
$70,000-$85,000/year
