Manager, Tax Compliance & Reporting

About the Company

Our client is a large bank located downtown, and they are looking for a Tax Manager to join their corporate tax team. The Manager would be responsible for Canadian Tax Compliance and Reporting.

About the Opportunity  

• Manage tax accounting and reporting for income tax matters for business planning and forecasting purposes for certain entities as assigned
• Responsible for preparing and reviewing the current/future tax provision, effective tax rate analysis and tax journal entries for the assigned entities
• Manage all aspects of the tax compliance functions including the filing of income tax returns, tax installment payments and tax audits for the assigned entities
• Assist in tax planning and advisory initiatives

About You

• Accounting designation
• 5+ years of experience in tax compliance and reporting
• Financial services experience is preferred but not necessary

Salary Range
$100,000-$120,000/year
