Manager, Asset Manager Operations (Enterprise Risk & Compliance role)

About the Company

Our client, a large publicly traded global asset company, is hiring a Manager to support their growing base of portfolio companies. They have been in operation for over a century, and have gained clients in North and South America, Australia and Europe. As they continue to expand their portfolio, they are looking for a dedicated professional to join the team at their downtown office. 

About the Opportunity  

  • Support the CRO in the development, implementation and maintenance of risk and compliance programs
  • Identify and advance the key risk priorities of the Infrastructure Group, in partnership with the CRO
  • Oversee the managed risk system across the Infrastructure Group
  • Liaise with leadership on assessment of key enterprise risks and emerging risks
  • Oversee asset management operations
  • Support business partners in executing the Group’s portfolio governance processes
  • Administer the Advisory Committee of the Private Funds and manage communications with this group
  • Manage Conflicts Committee communications for the Infrastructure Group
  • Oversee group compliance programs

About You

  • CPA, CA or MBA
  • Experience in a public accounting firm or industry
  • Manager or Assistant Manager level

Salary Range
$100,000 - $110,000/year
