About the Opportunity  

• Significant role in the execution of transactions, with a specific responsibility over the finance and treasury aspects of an acquisition or sale, and overall responsibility for running a transaction from start to finish, working alongside various other functions such as legal, tax, the M&A team, compliance, communications, co-investors
• Key role in managing investor capital and fund borrowings through facilitating capital calls and distributions
• Involvement in due diligence process with investors when raising co-investment capital for larger scale transactions
• Assist with treasury, risk (such as foreign exchange and interest rate), liquidity and capital management and forecasting
• Provide leadership to juniors on the team to develop and scale the team to take on future growth of the business
• Coordinate with team members responsible for financial reporting in the preparation of analyses and capital calls/distributions and investor queries
• Oversee compliance program relating to finance and administration and owning all financial and operational controls
• Involvement in overall fund performance management and reporting
• Analysis of financial and non-financial information
• Special projects as required

About You

• Bachelor's degree in commerce/finance
• CPA, CA designation
• Currently a new Manager (first or second year) within a larger firm in either audit or transaction advisory services

Salary Range
$110,000-$115,000/year
