About the Opportunity

• Managing audit, review, compilation and NTR engagements for private companies
• Reviewing tax, audit and assurance files in accordance with firm standards
• Handling multiple engagements efficiently and effectively
• Supporting partner team and developing business plan
• Guiding, mentoring and training team members
• Preparation of realistic and attainable budgets
• Overseeing and leading teams on a variety of assurance engagements
• Keeping partners, managers and other team members informed, on an ongoing basis of progress and significant issues
• Guide, mentor and train to other team members towards their technical and career developmental objectives
• Marketing the firm to support overall firm growth and business development

About You

• CPA, CA designation required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in public accounting
• Manager or Senior Manager level in public accounting
• Experienced in running various engagements for private and owner-managed companies
• Well-versed in ASPE and tax
• Technical experience and proficiency with common accounting software packages with an ability to trouble shoot and train clients on issues
• Demonstrates leadership skills and initiative with the ability to "think outside the box"
• Well-developed consulting skills 
• Well organized with superior attention to detail
• Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Aptitude to work in a team environment as well as independently

Salary Range
$110,000 - $130,000/yr
