Lead JDE E1 Application Developer

The Lead JDE Developer is responsible for reporting, systems analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation of JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.1/9.2 ERP system and other supporting business applications. You will collaborate with business analysts and business leads to develop business solutions to support the finance, distribution, supply chain, purchasing. You will also code and unit test approved JDE related items.

About the Opportunity

• Review and analyze business requirements and develop solutions using JDE EnterpriseOne and other available tools that enhance or support business and operations
• Participate in defining project proposals and estimates, statements of work, project plans and implementation strategies for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Enhancements
• Develop, code and test JDE deliverables according to JDE best practices
• Communicate product information and provide guidance to users and coworkers on issues, tools and techniques, enhancements, changes in processes and related information
• Ensure quality of deliverables using development testing methods, code reviews and user acceptance testing
• Remain abreast of E1 Systems Administration and E1 Code current practices

About You

• Must be knowledgeable in principles of Change Management and possess ability to serve as a Change Agent
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills are required
• Highly detail oriented, excellent organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
• Excellent listening, writing, verbal, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, presentation and teamwork skills
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business related field
• 5+ years of JDEdwards EnterpriseOne 9.1+ hands-on development experience required (Financial modules at least)
• Proven experience with all stages of the SDLC from requirements gathering to testing and deployment of changes
• RDBMS and SQL experience is required
• Strong experience with reporting (BO, Crystal, etc.)
• .NET/HTML5 Experience is a plus
• Experience with Essbase is a plus
• Strong understanding of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne foundation

Pay Range
$105,000 - $110,000/year
