Junior Controller/Accountant

About the Opportunity

• Maintain all accounting books and records
• Prepare daily reports and quarterly financial information packages as required for financial statement preparation and tax planning
• Maintain the books of accounts and administer the payroll and HST returns of related investment/holding companies
• Assist with executive administrative duties as needed 

About You  

• Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience
• QuickBooks is a must have
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Extremely detailed oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Thrive in a small work environment and ability to take on several tasks
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills

Salary Range
$50,000 - $60,000/year
