Junior Accountant – 3 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Accounts payable, coding for project tracking and organizing back-up to accompany invoicing
• Code and track employee travel expenses for job related charges
• Review petty cash for accuracy
• Reconcile corporate credit cards while preparing summary reports on credit card charges
• Issue all expense invoices
• Ad hoc reporting

About You

• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience 
• Architecture, construction, or engineering experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to negotiate with consultants when appropriate
• Intermediate Excel skills 

Pay Range
$18-$20/hour
