General Accounting Analyst

About the Opportunity

• Provide accurate, timely, and relevant accounting information to business unit stakeholders
• Prepare high quality account reconciliations and analysis; clear reconciling items 
• Prepare journal entries
• Prepare daily cash worksheet, wire requests and other cash related activities
• Assist in financial statements preparation (supporting schedules; prior years analysis etc.)
• Prepare external audit schedules
• Assist in the preparation of income tax schedules
• Execute month-end activities for closing the accounting periods
• Utilize SAP to assist in gathering and analyzing data as well as reporting results
• Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting principles, internal control SOX requirements
• Work on special projects as assigned     
• Support the process improvement initiatives

About You  

• SAP or any ERP experience
• 3-5 years of month end experience
• CPA in progress or not enrolled 
• Outgoing, interested in progressing in company and a fast learner
• Strong communication skills, confidence to discuss financials with the Senior Leadership Team and non-finance people

Salary Range
$50,000 - $61,000/year
