Financial Systems Analyst

About the Company

Our client is a very large group travel company located downtown, and they are looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to join their team.  This role will be heavily involved in designing and implementing financial information systems.  

About the Opportunity  

• Assisting the Technology and Finance teams in designing and implementing new worldwide processes, and procedures to improve efficiencies and provide stronger information
• Defining project requirements by identifying milestones, phases, elements, and then managing the project through these criteria
• Working collaboratively with our Technology and Finance teams to deliver results, and ensuring we are meeting the needs of our other internal customers such as Operations and Sales
• Continual review and development of improved practices and processes and internal controls
• Immersing themselves in the overall business, in order to ensure the finance department is able to better understand, analyze and predict financial trends

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in a Financial Systems Analyst or Systems Analyst role
• Experience with a Budgeting and Forecasting tool and the budgeting and forecasting process
• Experience with SQL and OLAP data structures
• Comfortable writing and understanding scripts and stored procedures
• Ability to implement complex business processes in systems and or code.

Salary Range
$70,000-$75,000/year
