About the Company

Reporting to the Vice President of Systems and Risk, you will play a key role in managing a newly implemented system. Your direct supervisor is a great boss who has excellent experience within this sector.

About the Opportunity  

• Serve as the primary financial systems administrator in charge of creating applications, setting up dimensions (accounts, entities, custom dimensions, etc.), configuring application settings, maintaining FDMEE mappings, creating business rules etc.
• Provide day-to-day support to the various users of the financial systems and support the user community. Where applicable, coordinate issue resolution with technical support providers and Oracle
• Serve as subject matter expert on report creation in Financial Reporting Studio, BI reporting and SmartView. Build any complex reporting, assist in user training and functionality guidance. Oversee reporting domain to ensure that reports continue to supply "one version of the truth"
• Document key HFM/FDMEE business processes and configurations (e.g. application settings, business rules) for internal controls and business continuity purposes
• Ensure all business and technology processes in all financial applications satisfy internal control and other compliance requirements
• Assist in corporate initiatives to streamline existing processes and shorten the monthly close cycle
• Manage the monthly financial consolidation process of the company and coordinate data submission/load/validation process from the hotels
• Define system changes for business rules, reports, process control, etc. based on requirements identified by Finance and Accounting
• Develop financial system user manuals and training materials and provide training and post-implementation support to the users

About You

• Designated professional (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA)
• 1-3 years in a similar role
• Oracle experience is a must have

Salary Range
$80,000 - $90,000/year
