Financial Analyst - 6 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Liaise with sales and billing teams to understand invoicing requirements for new initiatives and ensure completeness and accuracy of customer invoicing
• Prepare journals to ensure revenue and any associated royalties are recognized in the correct periods
• Produce monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations for revenue related accounts
• Assist with data analytics of revenue and royalties
• Produce reporting for external customers
• Ensure compliance to internal policies, procedures, standards and internal controls

About You

• CPA enrolled or completed  
• Proficient with Excel and leveraging Excel for data management and analysis (i.e. V-lookups, pivot tables
• Experience with Hyperion and Peoplesoft is an asset, large ERP experience is a must
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Analytical approach with ability to analyze financial information

Pay Range
$25-$27/hour
