Financial Analyst

About the Opportunity

• Review and process commissions and rebates (monthly/quarterly/annually)
• Prepare budget and forecasts (semi-annually)
• Rolling forecast
• Cost and process analysis
• Actual vs budget analysis – monthly gap analysis
• Risks and opportunities tracking
• Budgeted and operational KPI tracking
• Trend analysis
• Inventory trend vs. sales (inventory obsolescence)
• Ad-hoc projects

About You  

• CPA enrolled
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Knowledge of statutory accounting principles
• Extremely strong MS Excel skills (look ups/pivots)
• Financial modeling expertise a plus
• Helpful, willing to take on additional tasks, energetic and a positive personality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging, fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Maturity, professionalism, and high level of discretion
• Knowledge of procedural controls and data validation techniques
• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
• Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems
• Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership

Salary Range
$50,000 - $60,000/year
