About the Opportunity  

• Prepares month-end journal entries
• Validates and reviews expense reports as well as vendor invoices 
• Enters data to sub ledger systems and direct to GL
• Completes and resolves assigned complex account reconciliations
• Reconciles and resolves discrepancies between the GL and the subledger
• Provide recommendations for accounting discrepancies 
• Identifies and recommends resolutions for process improvement 
• Prepares variance explanations. Summarizes findings and recommendations
• Support strategic decisions
• Recommends solutions for accounting discrepancies
• Make operational decisions

About You

• Completed university degree in Finance and Accounting
• Partially completed an accounting designation program (CPA, CGA, CMA)
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient level of experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Salary Range
$60,000-$70,000/year
