About the Opportunity

• Assist in running the month-end processes 
• Analyze and reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts 
• Adjust, update and post recurring journal entries for specific company(s); upload journal entries from company’s Finance teams, prepare correcting journal entries with appropriate back-up 
• Compile reports as requested via Lawson report writer, Excel, Crystal or any other software available to the department
• Communicate with other administrative departments to investigate issues and solve problems 
• Assist the department as needed in areas such as government remittances for taxes, creation of fixed assets, continuity schedules 
• Provide information to external parties as needed, such as government tax audits, annual financial audit, etc. 

About You  

• Experience using Lawson, moving to MS Dynamics 365
• 3-5 years’ experience (GL, reconciliations, month-end schedules) 
• Pursuing CPA 
• Energetic
• Shows initiative and hard working
• Friendly, outgoing, team player and sociable

Salary Range
$50,000 - $60,000/year
