About the Company

Our client is one of the largest real estate developers, and they are looking for a Financial Analyst to join their growing team. The Financial Analyst will assist with the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, budgets and forecasts, and other duties such as year-end working papers files and providing information and analysis regarding reporting and budgeting. 

About the Opportunity  

• Assist with the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders on a timely basis, including sub-schedules and other details
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial reporting
• Assist in preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of affiliated companies’ trial balance

About You

• Accounting designation
• 2-5 years of financial analysis experience

Salary Range
$70,000-$80,000/year
