Finance Manager - Sales Operations

As an integral member of the Finance team, you will be responsible for business planning and analysis, performance measurement and scorecards, management reporting, and forecasting supporting the Sales Operations.

About the Opportunity  

• Lead the business planning and budgeting process for the Sales business unit
• Lead the development of the reporting framework including the development, and tracking, of KPIs and other measures of success
• Conduct advanced analysis and understand the drivers and issues impacting business unit performance
• Translate data into information/distill and present key messages to senior management
• Support various value enhancing initiatives, including analysis of business performance metrics/drivers, pricing and business opportunity evaluation, and operational efficiency and effectiveness measures/analysis
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities as needed

About You

• University degree with a major in Business/Commerce
• Minimum of 4 years of finance experience in financial services
• Completed accounting designation (CPA, CA, CGA, CMA) or an MBA would be an asset
• Ability to develop sophisticated financial models, conduct sensitivity analysis, and communicate results
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complicated financial concepts and able to effectively present to senior management
• Ability to effectively build relationships and use appropriate influencing strategies

Salary Range
$80,000-$90,000/year
