Finance Manager – 15 Month Contract

Our client is looking for an interim Finance Manager to cover a maternity leave.

About the Opportunity  

• Full responsibility for executing and managing the month end process (booking entries, inter-company allocations, A/P) including preparing monthly financial reporting packages
• Full responsibility for managing year end and interim audits liaising directly with external auditors
• Work with audit firm on tax accounting, reporting and compliance requirements
• Complete annual insurance renewal and associated compliance reporting while communicating with legal and insurance reps as needed
• Manage consolidated cash management with other operations
• Supervise and manage staff

About You

• Accounting designation - CPA, CA preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience (Manager, Controller etc) ideally from a manufacturing/CPG environment 
• Strong ERP and MS Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables etc.)
• Experience with managing staff would be an asset 

Salary Range

$50/hour
