Finance Manager - 6 Month Contract (Closed)

FINANCE MANAGER OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE FOR DRIVEN AND MOTIVATED PROFESSIONAL. Our client is sourcing for a Finance Manager for a 6 month contract.

Finance Manager 

About the Opportunity  

• Fund Administration - Administer all aspects of the fund's operations, including preparing all call and distribution notices
• Financial Management and Reporting - Responsible for the timely and accurate quarterly reporting of all financial and management information for the fund
• Ensure proper maintenance of all general ledgers and chart of accounts and processing of all financial transactions
• Prepare all tax working papers for the auditors
• Liaison with the auditors

About You

• CPA designation is required
• 2-3 years of private equity/venture capital experience  
• Strong ASPE knowledge
• Proficient with Investran is mandatory

Pay Range
$50/hour
