ARE YOU A SEASONED FINANCE MANAGER LOOKING TO UTILIZE YOUR EXPERIENCE? Our client is seeking a Finance Manager of Business Support on a full-time basis.

Finance Manager - Business Support

As an integral member of the Finance team, you will be responsible for business planning and analysis, performance measurement and scorecards, management reporting, and forecasting supporting various business units.

About the Opportunity  

• Primary accountability for the Finance support of the Client Services Division 
• Create and continually enhance key business unit reports that capture key measures of success
• Engage in comprehensive financial analysis to help drive strategic and operational decision making
• Lead in the development of financial forecasts and related annual budgets
• Identify and implement solutions which improve efficiency and effectiveness through the elimination, simplification, and automation of processes
• Participate in special projects as required
• Mentor junior members of the team and lead the team’s participation in the company's co-op program

About You

• University degree with a major in Business/Commerce
• Minimum of 4 years of finance experience in financial services
• Completed accounting designation (CPA, CA, CGA, CMA) or an MBA would be an asset
• Ability to develop sophisticated financial models, conduct sensitivity analysis, and communicate results
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complicated financial concepts and able to effectively present to senior management
• Ability to effectively build relationships and use appropriate influencing strategies

Salary Range
$80,000-$90,000/year
