Our client is a private property management and real estate development company. Their broad range of expertise has contributed to their success across the GTA. They are looking for a Finance Manager to perform accounting duties in a real estate and investment environment.

About the Opportunity

• Ability to understand the full cycle of accounting in a real estate/investment environment
• Month end accounting for investments and properties
• Creation of audit files for multiple companies/properties
• Maintenance of general ledger
• Ability to grow into Controller role

About You

• CPA, ideally CA
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager is an asset
• Strong Excel
• Prior property accounting experience is an asset

Salary Range

$80,000 - $85,000/year
