About the Company

Our client in the FinTech industry is looking for a Senior Analyst Decision Support to join its Decision Support team. This is a highly visible role within the organization and you will have the opportunity to work with the business team to optimize the pricing structure and build critical insights into the company’s credit card portfolio. About the Opportunity  

  • Prepare and develop daily/weekly/monthly reports on key metrics related to the credit card portfolio
  • Conduct analysis to optimize profitability of the company’s product offerings
  • Build, executive and analyze database queries to support business decisions and provide insight on the short and long-term impacts of the decisions
  • Ensure all reporting is accurate, reasonable and comprehensive in a timely manner
  • Work with the IT team on automation of key reports, where possible
  • Provide senior management with information that will be used when making decisions; recognize opportunities and risks and recommend actionable changes
  • Perform other ad hoc projects as required

About You

  • Post-secondary education equivalent to a university degree in business, statistics or economics
  • 2-4 years relevant work experience within the financial services industry
  • Ability to draw key insights from data; develop fact-based recommendations
  • Experience working with integrating data from multiple systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in SQL/Access/SAS
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • A self-starter, resourceful and have a willingness to learn
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Ability to deal with competing priorities, with excellent follow through skills
  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively on their own

Salary Range
$60,000 - $80,000/year
