EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE FOR INDUSTRY LEADER. Our client, a well-established organization, is looking for a professional individual to join their team.
Executive Assistant - 1 Month+
About the Opportunity
- Support a team of executives on day-to-day tasks and special projects
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, Word memos, Excel charts and graphs
- Assist with the preparation of investor reports
- Support teams with occasional market research
- Manage multiple calendars by scheduling appointments
- Process and submit expense reports
About You
- 5 years of relevant experience in an administrative role
- Completed post-secondary education
- Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Power Point, and Word
- Adobe InDesign experience an asset
Pay Range
$19-$24/hour
