Director of Credit and Collections

About the Opportunity

• Oversee a team of six individuals
• Work on audit process
• Perform credit checks
• Resolve issues as they appear
• Oversee cancellations, manage losses in the accounts
• Process collections and initiate third-party collectors or lawyers
• Administer third-party reporting
• Track weekly and daily metrics
• Perform continuous process improvements as required

About You  

• Experience with InfoLease or any other leasing software 
• 5 years’ managing a team of at least five people with a title of Manager or Director
• 10-15 years of experience in collections
• Leasing experience (preferably in residential)
• Easy going, adaptable, dependable manner

Salary Range
$80,000 - $85,000/year
