About the Company

Our client is a large manufacturing company that is looking for a Director of Internal Audit. The Director will be responsible for ensuring the Company maintains strong internal controls, good governance practices, conducts reviews and ensures compliance.

About the Opportunity  

• Lead the global SOX program, including assessing overall risk, defining scope, conducting and overseeing audit testing plans, and ensuring approach incorporates current regulations and best practices that meet external auditor requirements
• Work closely with all levels of Corporate and Operations teams to ensure key risks and associated controls are identified and tested
• Report to Executives and Senior Leadership Team regarding regulations program planning, and periodic testing results, including status of any deficiencies and remediation

About You

• CA designation
• Minimum 10 years of relevant audit experience (internal/external)
• Strong experience with SOX
