ARE YOU A CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS COORDINATOR SEEKING A GREAT OPPORTUNITY? Our client is looking for a Credit and Collections Coordinator for a full-time role.

Credit and Collections Coordinator

About the Opportunity

• Contact customers to collect outstanding receivables, identify outstanding situations and follow up on these customers until resolution is obtained
• Work with the different internal departments to settle outstanding situations/claims
• Signify customers that are about to be denied future advertising and take the necessary steps once all attempts have been made to recover payment
• Do account reconciliations and provide on-going billing information to customers
• Prepare weekly report and analysis (such as DNS, allowance for bad debt, etc.)

About You  

•    Strong organizational and time management skills (working under deadlines and responding to multiple demands)

•    Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

•    Perseverance: ability to work under pressure

•    Effective team player

•    Customer focus

•    High school diploma and college/technical school diploma

•    2 years collections experience in a commercial environment

•    Intermediate PC skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook)

•    Accounting system experience, experience with Great Plains

Salary Range
$50,000 - $57,000/year
