Corporate Treasurer

About the Opportunity  

• Direct a team in the overall Corporate Finance treasury environment
• Oversee direct staff and ensure adequate responsibilities, development, training and feedback are in place
• Drive continuous improvement projects that mitigate risk and drive efficiency in work processes for the Corporate Finance team, Treasury and Cash Management
• Cash flow forecasting and analysis; report to senior executives on cash position and anticipate the company’s future cash needs
• Manage debt covenant compliance and reporting to lenders
• Create cash flow forecasting models to anticipate future cash needs and identify excess cash for reinvestment/distribution
• Establish treasury and cash management policies working with parent company and international affiliates to establish/maintain global policies and compliance

About You

• CPA designated (CPA/CA/CMA/CGA) and or CTP/CFA are considered assets
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• People management and leadership skills
• Strong process improvement and problem solving
• Approximately 8-10 years of total experience

Salary Range
$100,000-$130,000/year
