About the Company

About the Opportunity  

• Assist the Senior Director in building and retaining an effective accounting team
• Foster a collaborative and positive results-oriented accounting team
• Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of financial results for operating companies including leading the financial consolidation in a multi-currency environment (approximately 20 operating entities and holding companies across North America and Europe)
• Responsible for coordination and execution of effective and efficient year-end audit and review engagements with external accountants including coordination of interim review activities
• Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures
• Collect, interpret, and report financial data while gleaning insight from financial results with an increasing focus on analytics
• Review and evaluate accounting team structure and systems to support operational and business goals and to meet the needs and objectives of a growing company
• Protect corporate assets by establishing, monitoring and enforcing appropriate internal controls over processes and financial assets
• Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and submission of appropriate income and input tax returns and related filings (working with external tax advisors)
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and other regulatory requirements

About You

• Bachelor's degree in commerce/finance
• CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA designation
• 5-7 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
• Strong consolidations experience
• Excellent people management skills

Salary Range
$110,000-$125,000/year
