Controller

Reporting to the President/Owner, this role is accountable for providing the overall direction for the payroll, finance, accounting, insurance, budget and credit functions.

About the Opportunity  

• Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures
• Prepare budgets for each department by establishing schedules, collecting, analyzing and consolidating financial data as well as recommending plans
• Provide status of financial condition to the Management Team by collecting, interpreting and reporting financial data
• Appraise team members on a yearly basis

About You

• A minimum of five years of intermediate financial management experience
• Accounting designation preferred or in progress
• Outstanding computer skills, including Excel, as well as organization and time management skills
• Accurate, detail oriented with excellent analytical skills
• Ability to direct/lead

Salary Range
$80,000-$90,000/year
