Collector - 3 Month Contract, possibility to extend

About the Opportunity

• Collection of accounts that are past due 1-91+ days
• Co-ordinate with internal staff to resolve collection issues, including but not limited to changes in payment methods
• Print demand letters
• Document actions by entering notes on customer accounts

About You

• Good customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to convince customers to pay on past due balances
• Good organization skills and ability to plan and manage follow up collection calls
• Ability to manage reporting on collection calls and activities
• Strong attention to detail and very good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in direct customer contact collections in both Business to Consumer and Business to Commercial settings

Pay Range
$14-$17/hour
