About the Opportunity

Personal and Corporate Bookkeeping Duties 

• Personal: Sort through mail and bills, issue cheques and have them signed and mailed, pay Nanny, prepare T4 for Nanny, monitor cash in bank accounts, credit card and bank statement reconciliations, prepare reports: net worth and spending
• Corporate: Wire money for funds/private equity investments, taxes, prepare statistics Canada documents, employee expenses

About You  

• 5-10+ years of personal and corporate bookkeeping experience in a high volume environment
• Experience with Quicken or any ERP
• Polished, trustworthy, confident
• Smart, quick thinker, strong communicator and detail-oriented

Salary Range
$55,000 - $65,000/year
