BILLING SPECIALIST OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE AT A GROWING COMPANY. Our client, a well-established organization, is seeking an experienced finance professional to join their team.

Billing Specialist

About the Opportunity

• Record sub-contractor bills and expenses to the general ledger
• Perform analytical reviews of sub-contractor bills and expense reports; ensure proper coding
• Verify vendor account balances
• Mange a team of two individuals

About You  

• 5 years minimum of accounts payable supervisory experience
• Experience managing a team of at least 2 direct reports
• Knowledge of Deltek Vision or Oracle is a strong asset
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

Salary Range
$45,000-$50,000/year
