Bilingual Staff Accountant

About the Opportunity  

• General ledger reconciliations (high volume)
• Variance analysis 
• Prepare financial reports
• Some AP/AR tasks
• Mentor advise clerks, as necessary 
• Supervise clerks, and assist with some tasks, while undertaking more advanced duties 
• Several clerks who handle 10-12 stores each, doing full cycle accounting work 
• Oversee 10 stores in Quebec (fastest growing market)

About You  

• 3-5 years’ experience in AP/AR accounting with some analytical or reporting work
• No CPA required; enrolled is an asset
• Retail industry is an asset
• NAV or any ERP, manual environment
• Friendly and can work in a fast-paced environment
• Very good communicator (both French and English)

Salary Range
$55,000/year
