LOOKING FOR A BILINGUAL SERVICE DESK ANALYST. Our client is looking for a Bilingual Service Desk Analyst (French) for a full-time position.

Bilingual Service Desk Analyst (French)  

This Bilingual (French) Service Desk Analyst will support users in diagnosing, reporting and resolving or correcting hardware and software issues - on the phone, through remote access, and desk-side.

About the Opportunity

• Provides IT Support by supporting users in diagnosing, reporting and resolving or correcting hardware and software problems
• Installs, maintains and troubleshoots hardware and software according to company standards – reconfigures existing systems and/or performs system upgrades as required
• Logs all issues with appropriate documentation 
• Route calls to appropriate support teams as per described troubleshooting steps
• Monitor and escalate issues until resolution, closure or the appropriate group has accepted
• Maintain current knowledge of support knowledge provided through training and the Knowledge Base
• Projects as assigned

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent is desired
• At least one IT certification is a must, or working towards one
• Fully bilingual in English and French
• 2+ years of IT Service Desk / Help Desk / Technical Support experience
• Proven technical troubleshooting skills in a Windows ecosystem. Mac exposure is an asset
• Any exposure to AD, Exchange (adding users, password resets, etc.) is an asset
• Exposure to SCCM, MDM, etc. is an asset
• Exposure to Office 365 and Skype for Business is an asset
• Exposure to Citrix or MS Terminal Services is an asset
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and ability to work with all levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range
$60,000-$65,000/year
