BILINGUAL PAYROLL SPECIALIST NEEDED FOR LEADING ORGANIZATION. Our client is looking for an experienced professional to join their team on a 6 month contract.

Bilingual Payroll Specialist - 6 Month Contract (temp to perm)

About the Opportunity

• Processing the full cycle of multi-province, biweekly payrolls for salary and hourly employees in both union and non union environments in an accurate and timely manner
• Processes payments to third parties – garnishments, union dues, RRSP and pension payments ensuring that deductions are in accordance with provincial and federal legislations and according to union agreements and corporate policies
• Ensures that monthly and year end regulatory filings are completed 
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

About You

• 3- 5 years of payroll experience with extensive Canadian payroll knowledge
• ADP/PCPW and ADP based software experience is a must 
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Bilingualism in English and French
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
