SEEKING LOAN COLLECTOR FOR EXCITING CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY. Our client is looking for an experienced professional to join their team on a 12 month contract.

Loan Collector – 12 Month Contract

This individual will be responsible for delivering on the bank’s commitment to being the bank that defines great customer experience by providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. The hiring manager is looking for someone who is able to work independently and manage their own time while maintaining a high standard of efficiency. This individual must be open to learning other tasks, roles and responsibilities.

About the Opportunity

• Accountable to skip trace to locate and confirm customer contact details on the past due and over limit accounts while maintaining a high standard of efficiency and customer service focus
• Must accurately document and record client information
• Will be responsible for inbound/outbound calls on the dialer

About You

• At least 2 years of previous Customer Service experience within a bank or financial institution
• Excellent verbal written and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft office – Word, Excel, Outlook
• Candidates fully bilingual in French and English will be preferred
• High School Diploma

Pay Range
$14-$16/hour
