Bilingual Implementation Specialist - 6 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• End-to-end implementation of the product and end-to-end support
• Call the client and ensure they are comfortable with the product
• Walk customers through the service  
• Payment processing/cash management solutions for corporate customers (EFTs – electronic fund transfers)
• Train clients on how to use the services
• Interact with sales representatives (internal)
• Volumes: 5 requests a day (20 or so in progress)

About You

• Fully bilingual in English and French
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Experience working with remote deposit capture for cheque payment is an asset
• Recent experience working with cash management products
• Experience with manual installation of software
• 1 or more years of recent experience working within a banking/FI environment
• University degree in a related field

Pay Range
$18-$20/hour
