ARE YOU EXPERIENCED IN COLLECTIONS AND BILINGUAL IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH? Our client is seeking a Bilingual Collector to join them on a 3 month contract position leading to a permanent placement.

About the Opportunity

• Collection of account receivables
• Timely and effective resolution of escalated billing and collection issues
• Contact customers to seek payment and monitor progress of payment
• Monitor accounts to control the company’s exposure to high risk customers
• Monitor accounts for customers in excess of terms
• Deal with inquiries for information, facts and monthly collections targets
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g. credit reports, credit/trade reference and financial statements)
• Solve discrepancies on invoices

About You

• College diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years in collections
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Bilingual in English and French
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Highly organized with attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership of your work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Pay Range
$20-$22/hour
