Administrative Coordinator - 12+ Month Contract
About the Opportunity
- Manage multiple Outlook calendars for the Executive Team
- Meeting coordination, including travel, scheduling, venue selection and catering
- Manage daily package of materials needed for meetings
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements
- Prepare and track expense reports
- Manage and distribute incoming mail
- Prepare accounts payable for authorization and set-up of new vendors
About You
- Minimum of 3 years’ related experience providing administrative support at a senior or executive level
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent organization, planning and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
Pay Range
$50,000/year
