Administrative Assistant - 3-6 Month Contract
About the Opportunity
- Handle administrative assignments of a broad and varied nature
- Complex scheduling
- Full responsibility for event and travel planning
- Prepare and submit expense accounts and other types of expense; manage and track/report actual expenses versus budget
About You
- Relevant admin experience in a corporate environment
- Polished presentation and communication skills
- Experience supporting senior management/executives
- Strong computer skills
Pay Range
$17-$19/hour
