Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable Clerk
About the Opportunity
- Enter vendor invoices into accounting system
- Issue cheques
- Bank reconciliations
- Month-end journal entries
- Expense accruals
- Depreciation
- Manage President’s calendar
- Schedule meetings
- Prepare presentation packages
About You
- General accounting or bookkeeping experience is an asset
- Bank reconciliations and general ledger experience
- Good communication skills
- Experience with QuickBooks and MS Navision is an asset
- Focused and hardworking
- Good organization skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range
$45,000 - $50,000/year
